What does T&K stand for?
T&K stands for Truth & Knowledge. Our goal is to provide you with the truth about the mainstream products that you might purchase, so that you can have the powerful knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions.
What is inside the T&K Health & Wellness box?
All T&K Health & Wellness boxes will have 4 to 6 products. Each box will have a mix of mostly full-sized personal care and beauty products as well as the occasional eco-style accessory.
PLEASE NOTE: Boxes will have mainly full-sized products with a possible mix of deluxe sample and/or travel-sized items. However, any other sample size products are a special bonus for you!
Can I customize my T&K Health & Wellness box?

I like the product I received in my T&K Health & Wellness Box, how do I get more?
We will have some items in our store; however, if we are out of stock then please visit the manufacturers website. You can either purchase directly from the manufacturer or one of their stockists.
Do you use recycled materials?
We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. The T&K Health & Wellness box itself is recyclable or can be re-used for personal use. While we try to minimize plastic in every way, we do have some brands & products that may work with plastic.
T&K Wellness boxes are always shipped using Canada Post Expedited Service.
We will send you tracking information so that you can eagerly track your package.
Do you ship to a US address
Yes we do!
When can I expect my T&K Health & Wellness box to arrive?
With Canada Post expedited service it takes approximately 3-5 business days once shipped. Our goal is to ship within 3 business days of receiving order.
For orders going to the US it can take up to three weeks for your order to arrive.
It says my box was delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If you haven’t received your box 8 business days after the date it shipped, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
Please note that we cannot guarantee boxes can be replaced as stock levels are limited, but if this happens don’t worry we will figure something out to rectify the situation.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are non-refundable, and ineligible for return; however, we believe that no sale is final until you are happy. If there are any issues please contact us so that we can make things right.
If there is an allergy issue, product consistency issue, or if there is an error in your shipment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you further from there.
If an item arrived damaged while it was in transit, email email@example.com within 24-48 hours upon receiving your box. Please include an image of the damaged product as well as a brief description. We will do our best to replace but cannot guarantee due to limited inventory, but if this happens don’t worry we will figure something out to rectify the situation.
In the event that we need to make an exchange customers are responsible for all exchange shipping fees.
